Good News! FCO changes Bangkok Travel Advice : 14th November 2011

Good news! Today, the FCO changed their travel advice for Bangkok and no longer advises against ‘all but essential travel’.

The city is therefore regarded as safe to visit again and you can enjoy bustling Bangkok as normal.

Hotels, shopping malls and the major sights and attractions are open for business as usual. Some river based tours may still be postponed until further notice.

Suvarnabhumi International airport remains open and has not been disrupted. Flights to and from Bangkok and transit to other destinations in Thailand are operating as usual.
